Day Trip to The Corycian Cave

Perched high above the Pleistos Valley, the Corycian Cave—the legendary Cave of Pan and the Nymphs—served as the winter sanctuary for the Pythia and her entourage. Here, amidst the stalactites and the mountain silence, the Oracle engaged in the rituals and revelry that sustained the Delphic spirit during the colder months.
Today, the cave retains its high-vibrational "whisper," offering a profound space for meditation and intuitive guidance. We will spend two hours within this sacred limestone chamber, balancing collective ceremony with private, solo exploration.

To reach the cave, participants may choose between two distinct paths:

- Option 1: The Pilgrim’s Ascent (The Hike) For those seeking a physical initiation, this spectacular 3.5-hour trek (7 hours round-trip) begins in the heart of Delphi. The journey opens with a challenging 30-minute incline before leveling out into breathtaking vistas.
- Departure: 7:30 am, meet up point to be announced.
- Cost: Complimentary. Pack snacks & a lunch.
- Option 2: The Mountain Traverse (The Drive) For a more restful approach, a scenic one-hour drive winds through the Parnassus slopes directly to the cave entrance.

Through movement and dance, intuitive painting, somatics yoga, meditation, sound and nature-based practices, we gently unfold our own path through the labyrinth.
This retreat is open to people of all ages, cultures, and experience levels. You do not need to be an artist—only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to slow down.
